What we do, and what stays your call.

These terms are between you — or the company you represent, if you are acting for one — and Peregrine, operated from Portugal. Creating an account or using the service means you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

Peregrine connects to advertising accounts you own, reads how your campaigns are performing, and uses an AI assistant to suggest changes: new campaigns, budget changes, pausing what is losing money, resuming what is working. It also includes a feature for drafting ad creative.

The product is in pre-launch. Access is by invitation, features will change, and parts of it may break. We will not pretend otherwise.

Right now the only thing most visitors can do is join the waitlist. Doing so means we hold your email address so we can offer you access — nothing more. It is not a purchase, it does not guarantee you a place, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.

Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly at hello@peregrine.ad if you think someone else has them. What happens under your account is treated as done by you. You must be 18 or over and must not be barred from using the service under applicable law.

You may only connect an account you own or are authorised to manage, and you are responsible for having that authorisation. Connecting an account grants us permission to act on it strictly through Peregrine.

Changes the assistant proposes are held until you approve them. If you turn on automatic mode you are asking Peregrine to apply certain changes without asking first, inside the guardrails you configure — a monthly budget ceiling, a cap on how far a single budget can rise, limits on how many changes it may make in a period, and rules it may never break, such as pausing everything at once. Those guardrails are yours to set, that decision is yours, and the resulting spend is yours. The kill switch stops the assistant immediately, and disconnecting an account revokes the authorisation with Google.

Your advertising is also governed by the advertising platform’s own policies. Peregrine does not exempt you from them, and we are not responsible for a platform suspending or restricting your account.

Advertising outcomes depend on your product, your market, your competitors and the platform’s own systems. Peregrine offers judgement, not certainty. Nothing in the product or on this site is a guarantee of performance, revenue or return, and none of it is financial advice.

Do not use Peregrine to break the law or an advertising platform’s policies, to advertise on an account you are not entitled to touch, to work around limits or security controls, to resell the service as your own, or to attack or overload the system. We may suspend an account that does.

Where a plan is paid, payment is handled by our billing provider; we never see your card details. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period. Prices may change, and we will give notice before a change affects you.

Your advertising spend is separate. It is billed to you by the advertising platform, never by us, and we never take a share of it.

Your data, your campaigns and the creative you produce remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you. The software, design and brand of Peregrine remain ours.

The assistant is built on AI models, and AI models get things wrong. Read a proposal before approving it. If you enable automatic mode, do so with limits you would be comfortable with in the worst case.

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.

To the extent the law allows, Peregrine is provided as is, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, wasted advertising spend or indirect losses. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, or one hundred euros if you paid us nothing.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not let us limit.

You can stop using Peregrine and ask us to close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or wind the service down entirely with reasonable notice. When an account closes, our access to your advertising accounts ends and your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and we will email you before a change that materially affects your rights. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.

Not affiliated with Google. Peregrine is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. Google Ads is a trademark of Google LLC, used here only to describe what Peregrine connects to.

If a clause fails. If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Transfer. You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, and will tell you if that happens.

Events outside our control. Neither of us is responsible for failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, including outages at the advertising platforms and infrastructure providers Peregrine depends on.

Data protection. Where we process personal data on your behalf — for example contact details inside campaign data — we do so on your documented instructions and under confidentiality. If you need a separate data processing agreement, write to hello@peregrine.ad and we will put one in place.

The whole agreement. These terms and the privacy policy are the entire agreement between us about the service, and replace anything said beforehand.

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction. Peregrine is sold to businesses and people acting in a professional capacity, not to consumers. If consumer law applies to you anyway, nothing here removes protections it gives you.
